3 Little Wolves Debut Headliner

Formed in a Scouse psychedelic stew and finessed with some West Midlands indie, 3 Little Wolves are Paul (vocals/guitar), Corrinne (keyboard/samples) and Dale (bass). After playing in various local bands separately, they decided to come together to create something that sounds a little different.

Signed to independent record label and home of the best new music in the UK right now, Deliberator Records, the band are releasing a remix of their track, ‘Darkside’ on 19th November.

Following on from their headline gig in Glasgow recently where they were supported by the fabulous Silver Harr and Dale respectively, I caught up with the band to get their thoughts and feelings on this very special night of live music:

How were you feeling ahead of such an important gig for the band?

‘’We had the slightest trepidation as we crossed the Scottish border – we have never been to Glasgow or played in Scotland before. Visions of a hostile Scottish audience quickly evaporated as soon as we got to the venue for sound-check and the place started to fill up.’’

Did you take the chance to watch your support acts in full flow?

‘’Well first up was Dale who well and truly warmed up the crowd with some off-the-wall anecdotes and his trademark off-kilter tunes. Next were Silver Harr, playing their first ever gig! Although you would never have known – they were slick and blasted through their set with energy and confidence.’’

So tell me about the experience of being up onstage as the headlining act…

‘’After the first few chords and opening keyboard riff to ‘Darkside’ we were off! The crowd were dancing to the more upbeat tunes and we were flying! It’s always so nice to meet people who enjoyed the gig, but also who you have met and chatted with on social media. It was a great gig to be a part of and we can’t wait for the next one’’
